30 Easy November Dinner Ideas: Week by Week
Here’s a look at all 30 dinners, broken out week by week so you can see exactly what’s coming up.
Week 1: November 1 to 7
We start the month warm and easy. One Pot Taco Tortellini and my Pumpkin Coconut Curry Soup open the week, then Jerk Chicken Pasta and a showstopping Dutch Oven Prime Rib for the weekend cook. Round it out with Ham and Corn Chowder, Ground Chicken and Spaghetti, and Naan Taco Pizza.
Week 2: November 8 to 14
Hearty dinners take over. Ginger Beef and Beef Stew and Dumplings kick things off, followed by Chicken Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Spaghetti Squash Enchiladas. Thursday brings Steak Fajitas on the Griddle, then a Roasted Butternut Squash Soup and Chicken Fried Steak with White Gravy to close the week.
Week 3: November 15 to 21
A lighter, soup-heavy stretch before the big week. Creamy Split Pea Soup and a Brined Boneless Turkey Breast with Maple Glaze start things off, then Chili Recipe with Corn, Orzo Soup with Butternut and White Beans, and Kale Pesto Orzo. The weekend leans meat-free with Green Lentil Soup with Coconut Milk and Bulgur and Tofu Ricotta Stuffed Shells with Spinach.
Week 4: November 22 to 28
This is Thanksgiving week, and it is a big one. Smoked Ribeyes and BBQ Poor Mans Burnt Ends kick it off, then Garlic Steak Bites and a Baked Ham with Herby Breadcrumb Topping. The main event is my Easy Roast Turkey Recipe on Thursday, with Turkey Pot Pie and Spinach Ham Quiche Lorraine to use up every last bit of the leftovers.
Week 5: November 29 to 30
We wrap up the month simple. Sour Cream Chicken makes an easy Sunday, and a big pot of Beef and Barley Stew carries you into December.
