We start the month easy. Herb Roasted Chicken and Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs open the week, then Easy Swedish Meatballs with Frozen Meatballs and a One Pot Orzo with Broccoli and Butter Beans for meat-free night. Saturday is quick Steak Bites.

A hearty, festive stretch. Glazed Ham with Roasted Carrots makes a great Sunday, followed by Peppercorn Chicken Bake, Cajun Sausage and Bean Soup, and a Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad. The weekend brings Slow Cooker Beef and Pinto Beans Chili, Poor Man’s Prime Rib, and Taco Cornbread Casserole.
Week 3: December 13 to 19
Casseroles and slow cooker meals take over. Chicken and Dumplings Casserole and Easy Bacon Breakfast Casserole start the week, then Orzo Soup with Butternut and White Beans and Air Fryer Mississippi Quesadillas. A Spatchcock Chicken roasts up for an easy Thursday, with Easy One Pot Chicken Corn Chowder and a Chicken Burrito Skillet to close the week.

This is Christmas week. Mac n Cheese Bites and Chicken and Feta Meatballs are great for a party, then Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli and Slow Cooker Italian Beef do the work for you. Christmas Eve brings a Turkey Melt Sandwich, Christmas Day is an Easy Ham Salad Recipe for the leftovers, and the day after rounds out with a Black Bean Enchilada Casserole.
