31 Easy January Dinner Ideas: Week by Week
Here’s a look at all 31 dinners, broken out week by week so you can see exactly what’s coming up.
Week 1: January 1 to 2
We ring in the new year easy. Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast does the work for you on New Year’s Day, and Saturday brings a warming Potato Curry.
Week 2: January 3 to 9
A fresh start to the week. Spinach Bacon Quiche and Sausage Casserole keep breakfast-for-dinner easy, then Spicy Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets and a Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry for the kids. Round it out with a High Protein Chicken Corn Salad, a Sweet Potato Skillet, and a Hot Honey Halloumi Salad.
Week 3: January 10 to 16
Hearty and hands-off. Gochujang Chicken Meatballs and Kale and White Bean Soup open the week, then Eggplant Casserole and Oven Roasted Chicken and Potatoes. Shredded Beef Sliders are great for a crowd, followed by a Stuffed Acorn Squash with Mushrooms and a Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf.
Week 4: January 17 to 23
Lots of variety this week. Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks and Creamy Vegan Tortilla Soup start things off, then Sweet and Sour Chicken and a batch of Homemade Tomato Sauce for Pasta. Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken cooks itself on Thursday, with a Pumpkin Carrot Soup and a Chicken Shawarma Bowl to close.
Week 5: January 24 to 31
We finish the month strong. Seared Ahi Tuna and Italian Sausage and Broccoli Pasta kick it off, then Stuffed Mushrooms with Black Lentils and Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Fillets. Lightened Up Creole Stew, Crockpot Tortellini, and Glass Noodles Chicken Stir Fry carry you through, and a Baked Chicken Orzo wraps up the month.
