  1. 4 stars
For some reason, the site won’t let me rate the recipe 5 stars, but it was!
Super easy, super tasty. We didn’t quite have enough honey, but that didn’t seem to matter. I liked that some of the thighs were falling to pieces when it was done; it made serving young children easy.
We served it over rice. My only complaint would be the lack of veggies in the recipe (I prefer just being told what veg to use). I ended up making an asian-inspired slaw with shredded cucumber and carrots, thinly sliced yellow pepper (didn’t have red, or I would have used that), sliced green onion, and sesame seeds. I dressed it with sesame oil and rice vinegar and served it over top of the rice and chicken. I will make this again!

    1. Thanks so much, Katrina! I really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful comment. I’m so glad you enjoyed it!

I love the idea of adding that Asian-inspired salad on the side — that sounds so fresh and like it pairs perfectly with the flavors. I’ll definitely keep that in mind about adding veggie suggestions too, that’s really helpful feedback.
And good catch on the rating issue, I’ll take a look into that!
So happy to hear you’ll be making it again 😊
