5 Granny Smith apples unpeeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces 5 Snickers bars chopped into bite-sized pieces 1 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding mix 1 ¾ cups whole milk 8 oz whipped topping ¼ cup caramel sauce
Chop the apples and Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces.
Set aside 1 cup of the chopped apples and 1 of the chopped Snickers bars for topping.
Whisk the pudding mix and milk in a bowl until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Stir in the whipped topping until smooth.
Add the chopped apples and Snickers (except for the reserved portions) to the pudding mixture. Fold everything together until evenly combined.
Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Transfer to a serving bowl, top with the reserved apple and Snickers pieces, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
