- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk
Toppings
- 3-4 strawberries sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened, depending on preference
- 1-2 tbsp smooth peanut butter for drizzling
Combine frozen strawberries, mixed red fruits, frozen banana, and milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for a thinner consistency, or a few ice cubes if you prefer it thicker.
Pour the smoothie into bowls. Layer with sliced strawberries, banana, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut.
