Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk

Toppings

  • 3-4 strawberries sliced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened, depending on preference
  • 1-2 tbsp smooth peanut butter for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Combine frozen strawberries, mixed red fruits, frozen banana, and milk in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for a thinner consistency, or a few ice cubes if you prefer it thicker.
  • Pour the smoothie into bowls. Layer with sliced strawberries, banana, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut.
  • Drizzle smooth peanut butter on top.Enjoy your smoothie bowl!
