6 bratwursts 1 tablespoon oil 2 large onions sliced 3 bell peppers sliced 3 cloves garlic minced 1 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Brown the bratwursts on all sides for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the browned bratwursts to the slow cooker.
Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic on top of the bratwursts.
