Oreo Truffles
Easy Oreo Truffles made with cream cheese and dipped in white or dark chocolate, finished with pretty chocolate stripes for a simple no bake treat.

- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil divided
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
Stir the softened cream cheese into the crumbs until a smooth dough forms.
Scoop out tablespoon sized portions and roll them into balls. Place the truffles on the lined baking sheet.
Freeze the truffles for 20 to 30 minutes so they are firm for dipping.
Place the chocolate chips in two separte microwave safe bowls with a teaspoon of oil in each.
Microwave in 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
Dip half of the truffles in the white chocolate and let the excess drip off before placing them on the parchment.
Dip the remaining truffles in the dark or milk chocolate and return them to the parchment.
Use a fork or piping bag to drizzle white chocolate stripes over the dark truffles and dark chocolate stripes over the white truffles.
Let the chocolate set before serving or storing.
