Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired consistency—some people like it chunky, while others prefer it smoother.
Add in the diced tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion to the mashed avocados.
Once combined add in the diced jalapeño, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper chili flakes.
Finaly add the chopped cilantro, squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes into the mixture. Lime juice not only adds a zesty flavor but also helps prevent the avocados from browning. Seaso
Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.
Taste the guacamole and make any necessary adjustments to the seasoning or lime juice.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, making sure it's in direct contact with the guacamole to minimize browning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
When you're ready to serve, give the guacamole a final stir and garnish with extra cilantro or a slice of lime.
