- 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
Cut the steak into bite sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add half of the steak bites and cook for about 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove to a plate and repeat with the second batch.
Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
Return all the steak to the skillet and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring to coat the steak in the garlic butter.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
