Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into bite sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add half of the steak bites and cook for about 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove to a plate and repeat with the second batch.
  • Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  • Return all the steak to the skillet and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring to coat the steak in the garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
