Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and broccoli, and set aside.
In a large pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the pan with the sauce. Gradually add reserved pasta water, ¼ cup at a time, stirring until you reach your desired consistency.
