Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, stirring every 20–30 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
Once melted, stir in peanuts, M&M’s, and mini marshmallows if using.
Mix until everything is well coated in the melted chocolate.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment to form clusters.
Immediately sprinkle with Easter sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Let clusters sit at room temperature until fully hardened.
Once set, store or serve.
Notes
***NOTES***Stir regularly while melting: This helps prevent the chocolate from overheating or burning, especially around the edges.Use the warm setting if needed: If your slow cooker runs hot, switch to warm once things start melting to keep it smooth.Work quickly when scooping: The mixture will start to set as it cools, so it’s best to scoop right away.Line your trays first: Have everything ready before you start scooping so you can move quickly.Don’t overcrowd the mix-ins: Make sure everything is coated well so the clusters hold together properly.
