Ingredients

  • 24 oz white almond bark chopped into pieces
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup pastel M&M’s
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
  • Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add almond bark to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, stirring every 20–30 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
  • Once melted, stir in peanuts, M&M’s, and mini marshmallows if using.
  • Mix until everything is well coated in the melted chocolate.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment to form clusters.
  • Immediately sprinkle with Easter sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Let clusters sit at room temperature until fully hardened.
  • Once set, store or serve.

Notes

***NOTES***
Stir regularly while melting: This helps prevent the chocolate from overheating or burning, especially around the edges.
Use the warm setting if needed: If your slow cooker runs hot, switch to warm once things start melting to keep it smooth.
Work quickly when scooping: The mixture will start to set as it cools, so it’s best to scoop right away.
Line your trays first: Have everything ready before you start scooping so you can move quickly.
Don’t overcrowd the mix-ins: Make sure everything is coated well so the clusters hold together properly.
