Ingredients
  

  • pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chipotle powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and chipotle powder to a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss everything together until the chicken is fully coated.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Let rest a few minutes before slicing or serving.
