Line your baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In your saucepan, melt together the butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk on low to medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once melted, remove from the stove and stir in the vanilla, salt, and pecans until evenly distributed.
Pour into your parchment lined baking dish and smooth out.
Let set in the fridge for 2+ hours, or until firm enough to remove from the dish and cut into 16 pieces.
