1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved 4 slices bacon chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon pepper ¼ cup balsamic glaze store-bought
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and browned.
While the Brussels sprouts roast, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Once the Brussels sprouts are done, add the crispy bacon and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
