Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze store-bought

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and browned.
  • While the Brussels sprouts roast, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Once the Brussels sprouts are done, add the crispy bacon and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Toss everything together and serve warm.
