Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (around 32oz) (Or make my homemade marinara)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in onion and garlic, cooking for 2 minutes. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top, then bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
