Air Fryer Baked Potato
Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, this air fryer baked potato is fast, easy, and perfect with butter or your favorite toppings.

- 4 Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Optional toppings
- Butter,sour cream, green onions .
Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them a few times with a fork.
Microwave for 10-12 minutes to speed things up, flippng halfway. This will speed up the cooking process.
Brush each potato with olive oil and sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy. Flipping half way.
Slice open and fluff the inside with a fork. Add butter and your favorite toppings.
