Hi Margaret, yes that will work! I’d add about 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano and dried basil to the plain breadcrumbs so you get a good herby flavour. Or if you have mixed herbs, about 1-2 teaspoons of that would be perfect. Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks for sharing Tessie I’m definitely going to make this. I’m in Scotland and we don’t have Italian breadcrumbs in shop, would dried oregano and basil added to plain breadcrumbs work?
