Absolutely delicious! I grew up eating the boxed stuffing and never thought to make my own. LIFE CHANGING! Now I have to make this every year. Sorry boxed stuffing, this is just too good and isn’t as hard as I thought it would be. The texture is lovely. The sausage and sourdough make it so hearty. A lot of people I talk to don’t like turkey at Thanksgiving, so I like that there’s a protein added to the stuffing. So good!
