Hi Jeannie, thank you so much for catching that! You have a good eye. The photo shows the full version of my Slow Cooker BBQ Beef with the onion, garlic, cumin and a few extra spices, and the recipe card had an older, simpler version saved by mistake. I've just updated the card so everything matches now. The photo is the correct one to go by. Thanks again for letting me know, it really helps!

In reply to <a href="https://tessiestable.com/coconut-cream-bars/#comment-3976">April</a>.

Oh I love this idea, April! A banana version would be so good, sliced bananas layered in with the pudding and cream sounds perfect. I say go for it, and happy early birthday to your husband! Come back and let me know how they turn out.

Thank you, Balvinder! Cream cheese is definitely the way to go here, you get that smooth, sliceable texture with no melting to worry about. Hope this one turns out great for you!

Yay, so glad these were a keeper, Leanne! Boiling works, but that stock, onion and garlic really do add so much flavor. Thanks a million for making them!

Yummy yum yum! We all loved these ribs. I usually just boil my ribs but I really liked the flavor from the chicken stock, onion and garlic. This recipe is a keeper!
